We are able to offer two new first floor apartments for holiday rental
on a small prestigious development located on the outskirts of the picturesque
fishing village of Burgau.
Both apartments sleep 4/6 people each. Furnished and equipped to a very
high standard, Papa Figos ( Golden Oriole ) and Peto Verde ( Green Woodpecker
) offer every comfort.
They have two bedrooms, both with double doors leading to a balcony which catches the morning sun. One bedroom has a 5ft double bed and the other twin beds. Both properties also have the benefit of a bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet. The large open plan sitting/dining room is well furnished with 2 sofas, one of which converts to a 4ft double bed. There is a wood burning stove and ceramic wall heaters for the colder months. The sitting room offers LCD satellite television, DVD and CD players. The kitchens are modern and have fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettles and microwave ovens; and are very well equipped with crockery and cookware.
The large front terraces have beautiful views over open countryside
and are furnished with barbecues, table and chairs. Both terraces also
overlook the pool which is a good size and can be heated. There is allocated
underground car parking.
